I’ve been a patient at Billericay Dental Care for a while now and honestly I can’t fault them. Every visit the team is warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. Today was extra special as I brought my children Leo and Max for their very first ever check-up here .. The staff were absolutely amazing with them making them feel safe comfortable, and even excited about being there. As a parent I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As someone who was terrified of going to the dentist and avoided it for many years, I no longer dread going. Dr Humaa was fantastic during my treatment. She was gentle and patient with me during my fillings and is so knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for a year during my Invisalign treatment and every visit is like a visit with a friend, the staff are so kind, positive and professional. The practice is also open late some days so later appointments are perfect for someone like me working 9-5! I will continue coming here for years to come. I called the Billericay Dental Centre who managed to fit me in that day . From the reception who I initially spoke to. to both the dentist Andrew Petterson and the dental nurse Leah I could not fault the service . Andrew was very friendly and whilst I had to have an extraction he made me feel at ease all the way through the process . Leah was also very supportive and talked me through the after care My fear of dentists has gone and I have already booked my check up for September!! Thank you everyone !Posted on Google
